Booking terms
Simple, fair terms that protect your date and our gear — so the only thing left to think about is the glow.
Deposit
50% of the package price secures your date. We hold a requested date for 5 days pending deposit.
Balance
Due on or before event day, by bank transfer or cash.
Reschedule
One free date change with 14+ days notice, to any open date within 6 months.
Cancellation
14+ days out: your deposit converts to a credit valid 6 months. Within 14 days: the deposit is non-refundable (the date was held for you).
Weather
We shoot rain or shine — Fiji weather is part of the story. Our gear stays under cover during heavy rain, so an indoor or covered fallback keeps the coverage rolling.
Coverage hours
Your package hours start at the agreed coverage time. We arrive ahead of start to scout light and locations; that time is on us.
Delivery
A same-night sneak peek lands before the evening ends. Your full raw gallery — every clip and photo — is delivered within 24–48 hours via private link.
Travel
We cover all of Fiji. Nadi and Denarau travel is included; beyond that — Coral Coast, Suva, the islands — travel is quoted per event.
Care
The hirer is responsible for damage to equipment caused by guests beyond normal use.
